Andy & Carol carol Andy Andy and I would like to welcome you and introduce ourselves. Believe it or not, wedding bells can ring for couples who meet on the internet. We met online around January of 1999 and after about six months of talking and sending emails, we decided to meet in person over a cup of coffee. By coincidence, that same weekend my brother and his wife were visiting from out of state, so Andy had the pleasure of meeting them at the same time. I guess I don't have to tell you that we were well chaperoned. We hit it off and continued to see each other over the course of a year and a half before we tied the knot. We had both been divorced for 20 years, and neither of us ever thought we'd ever marry again. A good lesson to never say "Never"! On October 22, 2000 we tied the knot at Shattuck St. Mary's Chapel in Faribault. He and I are the same age, and have so much in common. I guess soul mates really do exist.

Andy has one grown daughter and became grandpa for the first time just a few weeks before we got married, and I have no children of my own. We do have two kitties named Chewy and Tuffy, or should I say Tubby.Chewy & Tuffy They are a lot of fun to watch, and they do a fine job of keeping us entertained.

I attended South Central Technical College in Faribault MN, where I earned my AAS Degree as a Micro Computer Tech. I graduated with honors in December 2000. I was self taught in many aspects of computer usage, repair, rebuilding and HTML before I started at SCTC, but learned a great deal more during my time going there. As time allows, I plan to continue taking a course here and there, while working full-time. One of my goals is to convert my Microcomputer AAS Degree into a Bachelor degree, although I'm sure it may take me several years to accomplish.

Boredom set in so I decided to go back to school at SCTC to obtain another AAS Degree as an Office System Specialist. I graduated with honors in May 2004. Since I had no luck in finding meaningful employment, I decided to return to school. In May 2005, I graduated with yet another certificate; that of a Help Desk Specialist. While at SCTC I took part in several extracurricular activities, namely Business Professionals of America in which I earned top honors in state competitions while serving as local chapter secretary. I was also chosen to be a member of Phi Theta Kappa, where membership is limited to those students who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. As if this did not keep me busy enough, I joined Student Senate and took part in many projects along with designing an SCTC Organizations web page.

In January of 2005 Carol began working for a new company in Northfield, MN, which was just starting up. It is called Satoris America, Inc, and is a subsidiary of Satori Stocktec GmbH, which is located in Neumunster, Germany. Satori Stocktec makes Autoclav or Retort machinery used in the commercial sterilization process of food manufacturing and production. In May, 2005 Carol was promoted to office manger. Our Northfield office takes care of Sales of new machinery, parts replacement sales and service for our USA customers.
