Faribo Computer Doctor® is Faribault, Minnesota's newest computer repair and training business. It was established in the early spring of 2002. It began with friends, family and neighbors requesting help with their computer related needs. After years of "freelancing", I quit my regular job and returned to school. I earned my AAS Degree in Microcomputer Support Technology from South Central Technical College in Faribault, MN in December 2001, graduating with honors. I saw a real need in this community for a computer related business that would be available after 5:00 P.M. when most customers are home at their own computers.

We offer services in PC repair and upgrades, custom computer training, custom graphic work, business card design, WebPage development and more. We strive to make our hours suited to the customers' needs, which means that we're still available during evening hours and weekends by special arrangement. We offer competitive rates and stand behind our work. Faribo Computer Doctor® can custom build systems to your specifications; we won't try to sell you something that you don't need, but we will make recommendations that are technology wise and wallet smart. When you need service you can count on us.

Our training is customized to fit your needs. You tell us what you'd like to learn, and we'll not only come to your house to teach you on your own computer, but in most cases, we will also supply you with video instructions on CD for what we have taught you how to do. We feel that most customers want to have reference material to refresh their memory at a later time, and we feel it is best accomplished in this way. Our custom made CD will not only have video showing step-by-step instructions, but will also have text files to compliment the video for further explanation.

Our custom graphics include things such as cleaning up old photos that are discolored, cracked or torn; custom designed wallpaper for your computer screen such as for holidays and special occasions; incorporating a family member into a family group photo if they were unable to be there in person, and more. Any custom graphic work done for you will be printed on Kodak© paper and/or given to you on floppy disc or CD so that you can have it for professional printing or for your computer. We can also email your custom graphics to you. We will treat your original photos with utmost care and promise to return them to you in the same condition as we received them.
